Our products are made of high-quality materials such as artificial leather, aluminum, genuine leather, and more. Despite quality controls and tests, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that our products never have a manufacturing defect. Essentialbag (Marvin Moik), Hildegard-von-Bingen Straße 9, 65462 Ginsheim, grants the consumer a limited-term guarantee for the products it manufactures under the following conditions and to the extent described below. The manufacturer's guarantee is without prejudice to mandatory statutory liability provisions, such as z.B. the Product Liability Act, in cases of intent and gross negligence, due to injury to life, body or health by the company Marvin Moik or his vicarious agents.

A consumer within the meaning of this manufacturer's guarantee is any natural person who is the owner of the product and has not acquired it in order to resell it privately or to sell it to third parties in the course of their commercial or independent professional activities.

Scope of warranty

The warranty conditions apply exclusively within the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. The warranty applies to all products purchased from April 12, 2021 (proof of purchase). Marvin Moik guarantees that the Smart Wallets will be free from breakages of the Plastic holder for the cash areProduct liability claims are only valid in accordance with statutory provisions. This warranty covers defects that are demonstrably due to a material defect.

All products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the product is defective upon delivery in an unworn condition, this must be reported to our Customer support This will then arrange for a replacement delivery.

Products older than six months are generally excluded from the warranty. We provide this warranty by repairing any defects that are due to a material fault within the warranty period free of charge. These defects will be remedied by replacing the product, if necessary with a successor model or a Color that differs from that in the original order.

Each product can only be returned once per order.

Duplicate entries in our complaint form relating to the same product with the same order number cannot be processed, nor can any relevant image be attached.

Essentialbag (Marvin Moik) reserves the right to provide a refund or partial refund of the purchase price. The services described here are in addition to the statutory warranties and do not replace or limit them. This guarantee is voluntary and non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons.

Conditions excluded from the guarantee

Goodwill: For gifts and goodwill payments The customer has no right to claim any warranty service.A guarantee requires a purchase. The customer must have provided something in return.

Purchase from third-party providers: If you purchase Essentialbag products from third parties, you are not entitled to a warranty.

Gifted products: If you receive products as a gift as part of one of our promotions, there is no warranty claim for these products.

Products purchased more than 12 months ago are generally excluded from the warranty.

Replacement of a replacement product

A warranty claim for a replacement already received is only valid if the "replacement for replacement" claim was made within six months of the date of purchase. A renewed claim can only be made if, as a result of the defect, the customer has fewer items of the replaced product than they received with the original order (prior to the first complaint). In other words, we will only replace products again if, as a result of the defect, you have fewer intact items than originally ordered.

Asserting the warranty claim

To claim the warranty, customers must complete this form. Customers will be informed about the further process of handling the claim upon receipt of the form. In the case of a warranty claim, the return will be made within Germany for you pay.

Assertion in the case of donation

In the case of gifts (Customer 1 purchases from us, gives it to Customer 2, and Customer 2 files a claim), a warranty claim is only possible if Customer 2 has all relevant purchase information from Customer 1 (email, order number, name, shipping address). This information may not be altered but should be used exactly as it is for the claim.

Documentation requirement

A warranty claim is only valid if the customer encloses clear photos with the application. Clearness in this context means the clear identifiability of the product, the Colour, as well as the defect underlying the application.

Note on the guarantee promise § 477 BGB

Completely independent of this manufacturer's warranty and whether or not the prescribed warranty is invoked in the event of a warranty claim, the consumer's statutory warranty claims against the respective seller remain unchallenged. Therefore, even without asserting warranty claims, the consumer can freely choose to assert the statutory buyer's rights against the seller for defects in the purchased item, in particular subsequent performance, withdrawal, reduction of the purchase price, or compensation (see Section 437 of the German Civil Code), as well as the corresponding separate limitation periods in Section 438 of the German Civil Code. This warranty applies without prejudice to mandatory statutory liability provisions.

Liability

The warranty does not provide any claim for compensation for consequential damages of any kind or other claims for damages.Excluded from this limitation are mandatory statutory provisions under which the manufacturer is liable outside of this voluntary guarantee declaration.

Limitation period

Warranty claims must be asserted immediately, but no later than two months after becoming aware of a defect. After this period, the assertion of warranty rights is excluded. Warranty claims expire 12 months after the end of the warranty period.
